PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All our products are meticulously hand-crafted by skilled traditional craftsmen, giving them a unique character. Please note that the texture and color of gemstones may vary slightly between the photograph and the actual product. Rest assured, each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipping.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

At Myrah, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or an incorrect item, we offer an exchange.


EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Please initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

  3. Include clear pictures/videos of the damaged, tampered, or incorrect product.

Reports made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for exchange.


ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Products showing any signs of usage will not be eligible.

Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch a fresh/correct item. You will receive the exchanged product within 10–12 working days.

Customized and sale items are not eligible for exchange.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


REFUNDS

Refunds are available, but we only provide refunds for eligible cases (manufacturing defects or incorrect items).
